The Trojans hit the ice with determination and fire, battling toe-to-toe through a gritty first half that showcased their resilience and teamwork. Every shift was a test of heart, and they met it head-on—blocking shots, winning puck battles, and keeping the game within reach.

Leading the charge was goaltender Nicholas Bertholet, who stood tall under relentless pressure. Facing a barrage of shots, Bertholet’s composure and focus kept the Trojans almost even through the opening periods, giving his team every chance to stay in the fight.

As the game wore on, fatigue and frustration began to creep in. The energy that fueled the early push started to fade, and a few costly lapses let the game slip away. 

While the scoreboard didn’t reflect their effort, the Trojans’ spirit and determination at times still shone through. With Bertholet’s standout performance setting the tone, the team will regroup, learn, and come back stronger—ready to turn lessons into victories.
